The Stuttgart Exhibition Center is located right next to Stuttgart Airport, with direct access to all transport options.

  • From the airport to the exhibition center in just 355 steps
  • The S-Bahn station "Flughafen / Messe" is only 200 meters from the entrance
  • 27 minutes without changing: Two S-Bahn lines offer the fastest connection between Stuttgart's main train station and the exhibition center almost around the clock.
  • The A8 and A81 motorways are in the immediate vicinity of the exhibition center.
  • 6,700 parking spaces are available directly at the exhibition center
  • In addition, the adjacent airport parking lots can be used.

1Where & when does the fair take place?
The fair takes place at the Convention Center „Messe Stuttgart“.

2From what age is the entrance to the fair permitted?
Admission only from 18 years of age .
3Can I visit the fair with an adult under the age of 18?
No, every visitor must be 18 years old, there will be increased ID checks.*
4Are animals allowed?
No, animals are not permitted during the event and are not admitted.
5Is it permitted to bring drinks and food into the exhibition halls?
No, unfortunately not. Because the house rules of Messe Stuttgart do not allow it.

1Is this the same hall as last time?
No, the The Hall of Vape will be in hall 9
2Is the hall handicapped accessible for wheelchair users or people with walking difficulties?
Yes, the entire exhibition center is handicap accessible
3Can you vape indoors?
Yes, vaping is allowed in the hall
4Are there doctors on site?
Yes, of course a team of paramedics & an ambulance will be on standby throughout the event.
5Is there parking on site?
Yes, here we recommend car park P26. There are well over 14,000 parking spaces available throughout the exhibition and airport grounds.
6Is there anything to eat and drink there?
Yes, there will be a complete catering concept.
7Will I be filmed / photographed during the fair?
By entering the halls, you agree to the recording and recording as well as the transfer of the rights of use to the event agency Simeonidis. The press, YouTubers and also some private photographers will be there, you may appear in pictures that will be published afterwards.

Tickets will be activated for you from 26th January 2024 here at our website
2Can I buy tickets on site?
Yes, we will have box offices
3Do I have to print out the ticket or is it enough on my smartphone?
It is sufficient if the scan code is displayed legibly on the mobile phone, then the ticket does not have to be printed out
4I lost my ticket, how do I get a duplicate?
Please send us an email to info@the-hall-of-vape.de
5I bought several tickets, they all have my name on them, is that bad?
That's no problem. We do not check the names on the tickets.
6Does the admission ticket also entitle you to travel by train?
No, we don't have any cooperation with public transport.

1Are there hotels nearby?
A total of around 12,000 rooms are located within a radius of 20 km from the trade fair. Please use one of the many portals to reserve your room.
